Coatepec, located in the southern state of Veracruz, México has been a worldwide renowned coffee growing region for more than 200 years.

Mist surounds this magic place and blankets the coffee arabica plants that are harvested on the tall slopes of the mountain, under the gentle shadow of the forest that dominates the landscape.

Generations of Mexican roasters have developed the ideal roast for this fragrant coffee, that brews a cup with good acidity and body as well as an intense aroma.

We named this roast "Coatepec Roast".
